Terms of Service

By ordering products through Big Creek Bison you are agreeing to our ' Terms of Service'. To place an order, please fill out our online form generated by PayPal. All online orders require a $50 minimum and a 3% service fee. After you submitt your payment, you will not be issued a refund for any reason unless your order is cancelled or you do not receieve your products. By submitting payment, you are agreeing to not issue a 'chargeback' for any reason. If you have issues with your order, please contact Big Creek Bison so that we can resolve it with you. We are confident that you will be satisfied with our all natural and locally raised bison meat.

Service Guarantee

After you place an order, you will be notified within 24 hours to set up a pick-up time. You can pick-up your order at our Eleva location or Eau Claire location. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you ASAP. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please email jallemann@bigcreekbison.com. Any questions or concerns will be addressed ASAP. Thank you.
